THINK before registering for the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. If you cannot commit to the 2nd dose of the vaccine… Look for a clinic that will work for your schedule!

Vaccine Update

As of May 12, 2021 anyone 12 years of age and older are eligible to get the COVID-19 vaccine. 

Currently, only Pfizer vaccine is for 12 years of age and older.  Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian with them to be vaccinated.

For other vaccine providers, including pharmacies visit

Registering for the COVID-19 Vaccine is a 3-Step Process

Step 1

Click the blue Clinic Schedule button for local vaccine providers. This is where you get registration links that are not county health department run.

You will complete forms at the clinic site. Please bring a pen with you.

Step 3

Show up for your scheduled appointment as long as you:

Make sure you are wearing a loose sleeve shirt as the vaccine will be in the upper arm.
